Student support includes any educational and support services that you may need during your training.
We provide you with access to the necessary support to meet the requirements of the training product. In some cases this may include referring you to third party specialist providers of support. There are no costs associated with internal support and for referring students to external services.
TLC Learning is committed to seeing you succeed. We offer you the following support (at no additional costs):
- one-on-one tuition by the educator by prior arrangement
- online support (email) with the educator
- over the phone support with the educator
- buddy/mentor support in the workplace
- reasonable adjustments to assessments (where required)
In case you need some external support to complete your qualification successfully, the support you are referred to by TLC Learning will be payable by you.
